  An interactive design tool for two-photon holographic photostimulation. Turn the knobs on objective, beam shaping, power, opsin, and tissue, and watch the excitation volume, the optical versus physiological point-spread function, the usable field of view, and the trade-off between recruiting every target and driving off-target neurons. Every curve is computed live from a scalar diffraction model of a temporally focused, diffuser-based spot rather than interpolated from stored results.
